Very informative prior to agreement. Efficient and keeping up to date from beginning to end. Herndon, who sold us on Ninja when we requested an appointment, kept is informed and updated throughout the process. We love our new garage floor (which was initially carpeted)
Ninja did an outstanding job. They were very accomodating to work with. Our pad looks amazing! We are very pleased and highly recommend this company.
Had our front and back porch as well as our garage coated. Initially was very happy with the results. After about 9 months, our front porch developed a crack in the coating. Called for warranty repair, and was informed that it was not covered. This is not what the sales person said!
Dusty the local salesman was very professional and knew his product very well. Communications with Nija Coating was top notch. They showed up at the time scheduled. Very satisfied. Will recommend to all.
Ninja Concrete Coatings did a fantastic job on our garage floor. The installers were very polite and professional. Would definitely reccomend this company.
