For me dr Ningxin Wan is the top doctor in her field, she takes care of me and keeps me out of the hospital .when I first meet her I was in a bad shape after having a heart failure. She manage my health giving me the best care , listen to me ,answer all the questions that me and my family had, and guide us through the recovery.
