These negative comments crack me up! Grow sum balls people! Nothing wrong with livin in the hood or a bum walking around here n there, great security here, I fking luv living here, very chill, parties at times where all are invited on the roof, very friendly residents/staff and the only mouse I've seen is at Disneyland 5miles up. �️

Been here since April and it's been the best apartments I've lived in by far! Everyone here is amazing love that the team really go out of their way to answer all the questions I had when moving in. Lyon Living team definitely the best and funniest group to work with! I will be staying here for a while :)
I've lived here for a couple of months now and I don't think it's fair that this place had negative reviews from people who haven't even lived here. You get what you pay for! So far, I've seen a great community with a leasing office that is really trying to make this place great. Resident events have been great, although I'd personally like to see some family oriented activities. The grounds are clean and the maintenance people I've come across are sweet. This place is full of mice and smells like trash. Looks nice from outside but like anything in life the details are in the fine print. The pool is nice like many others. Not worth the 4000.00 per month Also, how sad that they have to feed you alcohol to get you to sign a lease. Shame on the Lyon Community, for using such irresponsible gimmicks. what happens if the person get behind the wheel after touring and drinking in your leasing office.
