If I could rate this place a -10 I would. My order was wrong. When I called to let them know I got put on the phone with the owner of this place and he wouldn’t let me get a word in to describe what happened he just said I was wrong. Then he said I’ll credit you 5 dollars and handed the phone back to the cashier before I could even get a word in. Mind you we spent 50 dollars. When I got back on the phone with him to try this again he started yelling at me and yet again did not let me get a word in.
Is not my first choice for Chinese delivery. Cons: Arrived 15 min late (waited 1:45 min). Everything was tossed in the bag and hardly warm. Up charged 0.75 to switch to white rice and only received a half a cup of rice. Spring rolls were not individually wrapped so they stuck together. Positives: Kung Pow Chicken and egg drop soup was really good!
RecommendedTheir special fried rice is the best in town. Though I wish they had a buffet. Kinda spendy, but worth an occasional splurge.
The best egg rolls, crab rangoon, and general tso's chicken ever. ♡
My husband and I are not picky...Unfortunately, this is the worse Chinese food I've ever had. Our lo mein is bland, the chicken is soggy and our order was taken incorrectly (causing a $45 meal to cost over $60).
long-time customer they lost my business over the phone over $0.50 can't wait for my Great Wall of China food to get here I suggest people don't even eat at that place anymore Nine Dragons is not what it used to be
rude disrespectful owner!
owner kicked me out cause my son who is 2 years old was talk loud and he said he has to be quite or you got to leave because I have other customers in here now and they deserve to be here too
