I had nine dragons delivery . When the food showed up I signed the slip for 41.81 and tipped a five dollar bill.. the food was good , I looked on line and saw that I was being charged 49.81 . When I called the store deal with the overcharge. The manager was good to me. The real issue here is the driver told the manager that he thought my one looked like a nine and because he was unsure he called back and talked to my wife . Which was a complete lie . you guys literally suck, you gave me literally ramen noodles for 12 dollars. what a joke.
Do not listen properly when taking orders and refuse to correct mistakes! No customer service skills at all! Rude, sarcastic, and snarky! Used to be my favorite 8n town and have lost my business and all of my families business! This place is a joke!!!!
I have eaten at Nine Dragons for years, first when they were on 13th Avenue. I have always loved their food, I have recommended them to all of my friends. but I am sorry to say the last 2 times I have been there it was not very good. we ordered plates and the gal that took my order was great. The food on the other hand, not so great. the lo mein noodles were thinner than angel hair pasta and dry, the sweet and sour sauce tasted like straight apple cider vinegar....I could go on, but it will fall on deaf ears. Bad Service. Rude and sarcastic. Ordered 2 servings of fried rice and 2 servings of orange chicken and a half hour of egg rolls. I was charged $53! Food tasted good and came fast, but their was parts of a plastic bag, cut up, in one of the orange chickens. Must have been from the bag the food came in. Overall, foods good, overpriced, and workers had no customer service skills.
Recommendedoh man everything because this is the best i have ever had , no more buffet"s i will just come here ..
did not listen closely when order was read back so when order came instead of 1 order of sweet and sour chicken...1 order of chicken fried rice and half order of fried pork wontons I got 1 order of pork rice instead of sweet and sour chicken..Why would I want 2 orders of rice?What ever happened to ...The customer is always right?...Have ordered from here alot but never again...All they can say I got what was read back to me...Bad customer relations..
ordered Chinese food and it took almost 2 hours. I didnt even get to enjoy cause I had to get to work.
