Ordered General's, Orange and S&A chicken for takeout. The S&S chicken wasn't fresh. One of the other orders was not Generals or Orange (frankly not sure what it was but was so spicy it was inedible) and the last order couldn't tell if it was Orange or Generals (tasted like both dumped in one container). On the other hand, the pork wontons and fried rice were very good. That's an orange flavored chicken in the box there!
Horrible customer service ( telephone order)...I had to repeat myself three time. Items I didnt order were added and charged for. The chicken I ordered was tasteless and cold. The fries over salted. The most edible part of the meal was the dinner roll. I will actively dissuade anyone from ordering from Nine Dragons Slapshot nevermind ever ordering from them ever again.
Never write reviews unless really good or bad. The delivery driver was either disorientated or high AF and looked like marker on the egg rolls- didn’t want to be a pain but called- BIGGEST problem was the “management” when we called to complain. Instead of refunding 30$ for weekly decade customers and apologize- he blamed us and was a totally A hole. RecommendedGreat food, but the delivery takes so long, that when your food arrives it's already leftovers.
Love that they have a gluten free menu!!
We love Nine Dragons....Chengtu Chicken is our favorite and the Fried wontons are awesome. One con is that they consistently miss sending parts of our delivery orders.
Ordered from here last night and got little to no meat in my dishes, and they tasted stale.
Spent 65 bucks you think you could get the order right - No Mushrooms. Have to be questioned why I wanted to talk to a manager and then wait another 60-90 min for the correct order?! C’mon man
