We ordered last week and were missing a combo. We let them know and they said it would at least 2 hours to get it to us. I let them know that would not work, as I had some hungry kids. The girl on the phone said they would send out a $15 gift card instead. Food was not good. Bland, greasy and plain just not good. Worst $92 spent on delivery. First and last time ordering from there. So, not sure what we will spend that $15 on and when we finally receive it.
Ordered take out and they forgot a few items. Went back in and some guy named Tim told me I was wrong and that he gave me everything. Very rude. The food wasn’t any good anyways so won’t be going back.
I ordered food here and 3 hours later no one had delivered it still so when I called they were VERY rude and was going to send back the same food that was siting there for 3 hours rather than making it fresh when they didn’t even come the first time they supposedly say they did.

DO NOT ORDER!! This man is a crook! Ordered delivery and it was wrong, waited on hold for 15mins for the manager to hang up on me! He refused to refund what I paid and threatened to call the cops before even speaking to me like a loyal customer I used to be. I WILL NEVER GET THIS AGAIN NOR WILL MY COMPANY!!!
I just recently had the most unbelievable interaction with this establishment. It started by me simply ordering delivery and the call ending with no option to pay. I called back after thinking about that and realizing I always pay over the phone. I called trying to do so, only to then have the the manager berating me about how I must be lying, the ordered was entered as take out, not delivery and didn’t give me information and on and on, at that point I had had enough. Never have drivers available when deliver starts at 11 am.... change website as this delivery service does NOT start until after 5 pm because they never have drivers ....lost my business for sure.....
RecommendedExcellent food and I have been going there since their parents came to Fargo. Nine Dragons is the best.
manager completely unprofessional. online menu prices are not the same when you place an order over the phone asked for a refund was told we were going to take the food if we wanted it or not, eventually was refunded after being cussed out my the manager and hung up on. Do not recommend this place at ALL. Rude, unprofessional and and petty!
