Dr. Hayashi and her staff run the best operation by far. I've had a ton of dental work done by many different offices over the years, and Dr. Hayashi's is the best. I will remain a patient here for all future dental work I might need. Dr. Hayashi is an extremely good dentist in every way. Recieved anesthetic shots multiple times, she takes great care to make sure they are painless, you will barely feel a pinch. I have been seeing Dr Nina Hayashi for over 15 years and have referred many of my friends and co-workers. The overall consensus is that she is the best dentist in town, gentle, big hearted, customer-centric, painless and extremely proficient. She does not participate with my health plan but the extra investment in using her is totally worth it since she does such fine work. Would recommend her without hesitation.
I was referred to Dr. Hayashi several years ago. From my very first appointment I was greeted by a very warm and professional staff. They took excellent care of doing the insurance forms and billing. They are aware of flex spending and will work with me for future procedures and billing. Dr. Hayashi is just a great dentist all the way around. "EXCELENT DENTIST" EXTREMLY HAPPY WITH HER SERVICE AND PROFESIONALISM.
I needed a bridge when I foung out that I was pregnant. She told me to come back after I gave birth. I asked if I could get a retainer so my teeth wouldn't shift (I already felt pressure in my mouth) and she advised me that wouldn't happen. Unfortunately, it did and now I have to find a new dentist who can help me shift my tooth back and make me a bridge. I really regret not finding a dentist to make me a retainer!
Great support staff. The Dr. doesn't try to push unnecessary treatments or services. I have had 5 years of happy service.
I went to Dr. Hayashi from a referral from a friend. I called to make an appointment and the front staff was really terrific. Once there I filled out my forms and everything seemed great. Once in the room it was clean and very tidy. As I went for my appointments, I went for an exam, xrays then the second appointment was my cleaning. The hygenist was fabulous.
