no doubt the best dentist I've ever had. Dr. Hayashi is thorough, caring, and explains everything. She takes much pride in her work and practice. I highly recommend her.
I recently had the most pleasant cavity filling ever. Dr. Hayashi made sure I knew exactly what was going on during the procedure and she was constantly attentive to my comfort level. She used a lot of new comfort-enhancing tools and techniques that I've never seen before, and which made the experience so much more bearable than a typical cavity filling. Dr. Hayashi is extremely pleasant and takes time to educate patients about toothcare. I would highly her to anyone.
I had a cavity filled by Dr. Hayashi recently and it was the most pleasant dental procedure I've ever had. Dr. Hayashi made sure that I understood what was going on throughout the procedure, which not all dentists do. Dr. Hayashi is a wonderful dentist. I recommend her to all my friends who are looking for a dentist on Oahu. She is thorough and detail-oriented, she takes time to genuinely find out about you and your life, and she is kind and generous! Six months ago, I invested in a mouthguard to protect my teeth from grinding while I sleep (this is a big investment). Unfortunately, I ground through my mouthguard and cracked it in only 6 months. Had 6 fillings redone over a 6 month period. Dr. Hayashi found several "leaky composite" fillings that my previous dentist never told me about and showed me photos of them on a computer screen! She educated me about my filling options, allowed me to choose the one that best fit my needs (no metal), and changed out my fillings in a manner that minimized pain. Dr. Hayashi is very good at explaining procedures. She is very attentive to basic comfort (ie moisturizer lips, chair position, scent of exam gloves etc) as well as the effect of her anasthetics during procedures. The appointments are always on time
I have been a patient of Dr. Hayashi's for years now and have always been extremely happy, and impressed, with her level of service, expertise, and genuine interest in her patients' well-being.
