If I could give this physician 10 stars I would. I've been through the rotating doctors for my allergies from NY to FL and Dr. Nina Ramirez, is a phenomenal physician! In the age of doctors not caring and rushing every visit just to fill their quota, Dr. Ramirez, actually has a passion for helping heal her patients and takes her time to give a proper diagnosis. The lack of professionalism from this office is huge! I had a very bad allergies and looking for a second opinion I had an appointment with “Dr Nina” all I got after waiting more than 6 hours on the waiting room was a bunch of papers from google and that was her diagnosis, I didn’t even had the chance to get into her office… they told me they weren’t gonna charge me for anything and a year later I received a $200 invoice just for a google search

First of all, the wait was all of 5 mins. The young lady behind the front desk named Alana was absolutely bright eyed and sweet. We were told by Alana their was only a referral for a doctor visit and not testing, I got frantic because my son's primary physician has let this allergy issue slide for years and it's much needed. Alana immediately out of her heart said "don't worry I have an idea of how I can help and will figure this out and call the doctor for the referral for you". I was so grateful.
