I worked mostly with Kim, but had great experiences with the rest of the Niles team as well. I had some serious problems in the buying process, and Kim was exceptional at helping us navigate the crazy hurdles that were thrown at us. Kimberly is the most amazing Real Estate agent that I've ever used and I totally recommend her!! If I ever buy or sell again I will certainly want her there helping me. She's so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process and makes it stress free. When I asked questions she'd always respond quickly and answered her phone no matter what time I called. She worked hard to get me way more money than I asked for on the sale of my condo too, which was a really nice surprise. You won't find anyone better!!!
