We use Kimberly Niall's as our real estate agent and she has been wonderful. She is very knowledgeable in all of the properties that she showed us she also was always prompt cordial very pleasant to be around. She was diligent and only showing us properties at met all requirements she also gave us lots of great information regarding loan officers closers and appraisers. What I recommend Kimberly Niles yes definitely first choice

Madison is awesome. She was extremely helpful throughout the home-buying process (and as first time home-buyers, it was a daunting process). Basically any time we had questions or concerns, Madison was available. She helped us locate trustworthy professionals to help us with the various aspects of our home, and she was honest when it came to the big issues. I really felt like Madison had our best interests at heart. Although I hope this is our forever home, if we ever need a realtor, I know who I'll call.
