seems as though they have grown and made changes. not for the better. customer/patients rank 2nd with money coming in first. yes clean office, yes friendly hygienist and knowledgeable dr. but it ends there.. plenty of others that will gladly take on my family of 5.
I've only had a phone conversation so far and the service is really good! I am impressed with the depth of knowledge and professionalism by the phone staff about various insurance agencies. I will definitely be scheduling an appointment here.
My recent visit to the office was a very pleasant and professional experience. I was seen within 5 minutes and the service was absolutely focused and friendly. Dr. McGill along with all his staff are a pleasure to deal with. Prompt but thorough and always very cheerful. All in all a very good visit. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good office in Niles.
office staff is rude and will NOT go out of there way for their way.... NOT friendly at all!
Good office, Nice people. Doctor is young and seems up to date. Lady that did my cleaning was nice, let me know what was going on. overall nice and I'd recommend to friends and family.
nice office. real clean. seems like they know what theyre doing more than other offices I been to in the past. the girl that did my cleaning was real nice. the dentist was nice told me a few things a alredy know and some I didnt. only thing that kind of sucked i like getting billed and they dont let me do that. i wil keep going back thou.

I had chipped my tooth on Saturday. The next day Sunday, i called several dentists, including my own, but non could see me. I work at martins, i met someone who told me of a young Dentist, who he thought was exceptional. Why not give him a call now? he said. But its Sunday? i said why will he see me?
