Most expensive oil change I ever had $250.00. The mechanic didn't even put my value stem caps on tight. Lost one the second day. All other 3 were loose and ready to come off.
My rep, Isidora, was very helpful and has great customer service. I like that she followed on a few issues I brought up regarding our Chevy Trax. The shuttle to and from my house was very helpful as we are down to one car now in our family. As a first time Chevy owner, the service support was excellent and positive experience. They did not address issues that is going on with my vehicle. So I started a paper trail as well will have another dealership diagnose the issue and if I have to file the lemon law for the dealership not recognizing a serious issue with the vehicle. I will make 5 more attempts to get this address with the dealership for a warranty repair if they do not recognize the issue then they are not clearly technicians and there for this will be negligence.
