I would greatly recommend this office! I love how everyone is so friendly and they take their time to do what they have to do!! Im so glad that one of the ladys from Elrods office recommended me to u guys.. Wonderful office

Nikki needs to slow down and get to know patients background a little bit more. Especially the older clients. Just stick around a little longer when examining patients and ask a few more questions about the patients relationships with the past dentist.
New waiting room decore made waiting feel more homie and less sterile. Have always liked the openness of office and waiting room. I said charges weren't really explained to me but I didn't expect them to be at this point. We really aren't sure what we are dealing with. I'm sure the charges will be explained before we proceed.

My last visit was good as usual. My only recommendation would be to maybe play some light music or something when it's really early in the morning so it's not oddly quiet in the building.

My billing was messed up when my account (15 years) had a name change made on it. My now adult daughter changed to her own account and instead of setting up a new account her married name was put on my account changing to Denise Hill and Serena Hill's address was put on my account. Serena asked for it to be corrected several times and I asked to be corrected over the last year.
