Here the thing, I understand when an emergency comes in it could put you behind some, but I had scheduled 2 appointments at 3pm and 1 appointment at 4. For myself and my 2 children. They did not take my daughter back for her 3pm cleaning till 3:30. by the time my son got there for his 4 pm appointment I had yet to go back and I let my son go 1st so he was done and over with, but when they finally got me back to do my cleaning my children with still waiting on the doctor to come in and check their teeth over.
