Service is still excellent, but the waiting room appears to be designed to make patients frantic. Red light; chaotic patterns, textures, colors; both radio and television and message machine going all at the same time - that is NOT fostering a calming environment, and I don't think you really want patients to be so nervous that they come into the exam rooms with full-body tremors. I will no longer be waiting in the waiting room because it makes me intensely uncomfortable. I will be waiting in my car.

My wife and I have appreciated the wonderful staff for the past 4 years. I'm glad we didn't have to find another dentist after our insurance company said they weren't in the network. I'm happy with everyone that works at Dr. Hite and Dr. Christian's office.
