I just had an unpleasant interaction with Nielsen. I am a landlord of a number of properties in town and just purchased a property that had been managed by Nielsen. The transfer of documents and deposits have been slow and difficult. I just had a unpleasant and unhelpful discussion about the transfer of deposits with them. They communicate well no matter what type of correspondence is used and are always friendly! Great people to work with!
Called this place to see if the property I was interested in was still available and they told me yes so I instantly put in my application then they called me the next morning and told me it was rented and won't be returning my application fee. The only reason I put my application in is because he told me this property was available.!!! I'm so angry right now because I feel like they took advantage of me. Don't recommend them.
