My dryer broke, and since they call that a convenience appliance, I now have to air dry my clothes. I feel bad for the person that moves in here after me, when I inevitably move on.

I would highly recommend Nielsen Property Management as I rented the same apartment from them for over 2 years and never had any issues. They always were timely on maintenance requests and if I had any questions the girls in the office were super helpful.
I recently added my cat to my lease and had paid the deposit and pro-rated amount to do so. When I went to pay my rent for this month, somehow there was an additional amount (along with late fees) added for the month of December. One quick call to their office got everything straightened out with that additional charge and late fees taken off immediately! Super appreciated, you all are awesome!
