I lived in a quadplex managed by Nielsen property management for 3 years. They were great to get a hold of whenever we had issues whether it was pluming or wiring on our fire detectors or a bees nest. They are awesome people and when our rent check got lost in the mail over Christmas never charged us for a late fee when we were finally able to get it to them.
My wife and I were renting from Ryan directly after having a bad stint with a previous landlord. Ryan personally helped my wife and I get into a place immediately, allowed us to even do some cosmetic work to our son's room to make it more homey, and let us do some landscaping to the front yard. When it came time to move on to purchase our future home, Ryan was absolutely great to work with in moving out from the residence and exceptionally helpful.
