The office was easy enough to find. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen
