As usual, the staff was responsive and very attentive. I picked out my new vehicle and had an offer in less than a half hour. Bill, Rick and Peter are the best.
Very unprofessional behavior!!! I agreed to buy a new car at 11.00am, I received the offer in my inbox, I booked an appointment for 4.00pm for closing (by the way at more than 50miles distance) . I received a call at 1.30pm saying, bad news we sold your car to another customer?!?!?! Very sad, very unprofessional business ethics!
