Martin in the Body Shop is terrific. Scheduled an appt to replace my Jeep Wrangler windshield right away, and he knew there are 2 to choose from. He called to let me know the car was ready, and he had it washed for me - a treat! Never had a bad experience at Nielsen going back to when it was new.
