Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. There was lots of available parking at their office. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future.

Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
