Dr. Nielsen is a good dentist, but don't be surprised if he doesn't say much during your visit. He is very busy, and that is obvious throughout the clinic. His staff is very friendly and helpful and he always takes good care of us, but he's just very rushed.
It took me a couple of visits to feel really comfortable, but I think that's to be expected with a new dentist. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming, warm and professional. Dr. Nielsen is a careful, thorough, and gentle dentist. He did a root canal for me that was much less painful and uncomfortable than I'd anticipated. The office was very easy to locate.
