Great happy hour locale – I went there for the first time the other night with some friends. The happy hour appetizers are a steal at $5 a piece. The martinis were a bit strong for my taste but my friends loved them. The waitress and the hosts were great. No complaints.
Delicious Dinner – Had the monkfish and tried the salmon. Both had very delicate, delicious flavors. Fun atmosphere; service a bit on the slow side but ok for an enjoyable dinner. Thought the chocolate cake would come out warm (we waited 20 mins for it), but it didn't. Overall a great dinner!
Horrible Experience – My friends and I decided to check this place out after seeing in a "CozmoCard" brochure we received at a fundraiser...The ad promised 15% off. The waiter got our drink orders wrong and the service horrible. We complained to someone (the manager?) who came to our table to ask how it was going, who apologized and offered to bring us some drinks. Great watering hole, did not have dinner – We were in town for the weekend, and we had read about Nic's on Citysearch. The restaurant was close to where we were meeting friends for dinner. We were there early on a Friday evening, and had drinks and an appetizer. The crowd and atmosphere were great, as were the drinks and food. The location is good, and it was a nice experience. There was a nice buzz, but the music and noise weren't overpowering; most bars are too loud.
Really great! – First, the manager Brandon is super cool! He was so helpful in planning a surprise party for my husband. We all had a wonderful time. The food is great, expensive but worth it. Go there if you want to wine and dine a group of friends in an upscale but fun atmosphere and intimate setting. The live music is great on Fridays because it is Jazz/blues and then Saturdays a live DJ spinning records. I think the service is slow to give people more time to talk...but they could speed it up a notch.
Forget this place for dinner – This place has a smell like a clorine - though I was in a swimming pool. The waiter did not have a wine with a cork in it - said "it's the way of the future for wines" $68.00 for a bad bottle. Food well below average - ambience poor. I would say go only for a martini. At least you are sure that the vodka bottle is ok with a screw off top. Buyer beware.

Great Night Out – Nic's has it all...cool vibe, sleek 50's stylinin delicious food but the martini scene combined with some of the hottest jazz and music I've heard out here.It's bohemian yet modern a mix of all ages come together and meet. Barteneders with big personality's! Thid place used to see Dean Martin and the boys back in the day. Now it's Luke and the men who really rock this place-the real man to know is Nic-ubbber cool.
What a find! – This place is a great combo of neighborhood vibe meets celebrity's out for a night on the town from the moment you walk in the door everyone is treated like a celb-the host is young but very gracious. You'd think in BH you're gonna find people with attitude-not here-everyone is friendl, entertaining and knowledgeable. We went into their Giant Freezer called a VODBOX-it's a place for small groups to go in and tast vodka from strange places.
