My experience with Nikki was great. BUT I had to call back like she told me to a couple days later if I needed a doctors note for work. The person I talked to told me I would hear something by the next morning. I never did so I called back again. I asked for the doctors note a second time and never got a response back again and that lady said she marked it as urgent. I had to go back to work still being sick and coughing and I’m a server. Very professional. Focused, listens well. Makes u feel like u r only person on her schedule. Prescribed new med that is working. Highly recommend.
