I came to the memorial center because of a bad experience at mount sinai. The doctor was unpleasant. My issue was notresolved. She didn't even try to show me she cared about my issue. She was not friendly or caring. I don't know whats going on but healthcare has truly changed. If you don't love or care about your profession please find something else to do. Let return empathy, customer service back into the world. Its not about dressing up and being cute its about caring for the patient's and making a difference.
