I called snd messaged to make an appointment for a groupon I had purchased and l never got a message back even when it showed as read so l requested a groupon refund and showed proof my messages and calls were never answered. Should of read the reviews before even purchasing my ticket
I chose to not redeem my Groupon and just take the loss due to the unprofessional and downright rude behavior exhibited by this stylist. When I booked the appt she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. The day of the appointment, I fell ill and had to cancel. . I understand that it’s inconvenient and could result in a loss of profit, I was upset about having to do it. I notified her as soon as I could, 1-2hrs (at least) before the scheduled time, extended my apologies for causing her inconvenience.& asked to reschedule when... read more
