Thorough and Helpful I am hoping the word gets out how expert Justin is in his home inspections! I am so glad I found him through a referral. They were more than impressed with his work--and now I can see why! Extremely thorough, helpful, with great prices. Save yourself a ton of heartache use these guys!!! We have used Nickelsen for 2 home inspections. Both times they have helped us avoid SERIOUS issues with the houses we were considering to buy. They present the information in a manner that allows us to make educated decisions on how to move forward in the home purchase process. excellent inspectors I have had 3 homes inspected by Nickelsen. Each time they have been excellent to work with and have provided through and easy to understand reports that have saved me thousands of dollars by identifing issues that I have negotiated the seller to pay for. Their inspectors are very knowledgeable and I highly recommend them.

Professional and Most Helpful We used Justin too inspect a mobile home for us before we bought. He was prompt and went right to work. His work is professional and most helpful. He inspected both inside and out finding not only major concerns but also potential problems. His price is very competitive and we will use his services again should the need arise. The best of the best We have looked at several homes in the last 8 years, and had several other inspecters. No one even came close to the kind of thorough professional inspection done by Justin. His fees are minor compared to the expense and grief his thoroughness saved us. We would never even consider any other inspecter! We highly recommend him to anyone and everyone including friends, relatives, and in one case even a stranger. Truly world class all the way. Every business should be this good.Thanks!

Highly recommend Highly recommend Justin from Nickelsen's Home Inspections. Justin was very thorough and quick to answer any questions that we had. He went above and beyond in making sure we understood the report and in explaining anything we didn't know much about. Although the purchase of the house didn't happen, you can bet we will use him again when we try again.
