Job Well Done RIck did a great job on my home inspection. He was very meticulous. He politely answered all of my questions as we went through the inspection. He also provided suggestions for cost-conscious ways to solve each deferred maintenance item that we encountered along the way. I was very happy with his professional workmanship.

Great Customer Service I called to set up an appointment. I got an appointment for the following day. Inspection at noon, 30 page report with pictures that evening. All by email. Kurt Nickelsen gave me an extensive report pointing out areas that needed attention as well as pointing out features of the house I had not noticed. I was very pleased with his efficiency, knowledge, thouroughness, and professionalism. I recommend Nickelsen Home Inspections, LLC to all. He works hard for you.

Excellent and prompt service Very thorough and professional. Explained what was critical and what not in ways I could understand. My parents were especially impressed by the onsite inspection report and the instant gratification there helped speed along my real estate transaction. Radon testing also proved invaluable and I highly recommend it if you are buying a house.

Justin is my Hero! He inspected a home for us that we loved, and sadly during his inspection found way too many things wrong with the home. Most of the things he discovered were not required to be looked into for a home inspection. He went above and beyond those requirements and we were so thankful that he did, otherwise we would have ended up with a home that required way too many fixes. Home buyer I called Justin upon recommendation from my aunt. I left a message with him at 4:00pm, he called me back 15min. later and by 6:15 that night, he was at the home inspecting away! David Did a very thorough and professional job. Helped us with a sticky situation with our lender. We had to fix some things before the lender would ok it. Justin was very quick at getting the work we had done reinspected.
