Incompetent Inspector This guy is terrible! The front porch had an obvious leak and he couldn't get on a step ladder to look at the overhang and see why it was leaking. Yes, all he needed was a step ladder but this was too much effort. He used an IR meter as a moisture meter! His roof inspection was from the street!! This is not the first complaint about his Inspection of a roof from the street. While he did have a nice ladder but these remained on the side walk. Amazing Job on the Inspection!!!!! We had Justin as our inspector and he did an Amazing Job. Explained things that needed our attention and continued thru the whole inspection asking if we had questions or concerns! He did an amazing Job on inspecting the house we were intrested in. We had a wonderful experiance with Justin and will be using Him for our the inspection of the next house we find and we would refer anyone to him and there company!

Awesome job! I am very happy with the inspection Justin did. He was very thorough and took the time to explain several things that I had questions about. He went above and beyond what he needed to do, in both the inspection process and the detailed report. He was very helpful and professional in communicating with me, my realtor,and the seller. Great Service. Highly reccomend! I had the privilege with having Nickelsen inspect my new home. Justin was very thorough and went the extra mile with the inspection. The home in question had some interesting circumstances and Justin was very flexible and very helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend Nickelsen Home Inspections.

Not really satisifed We had Justin inspect our new construction that we purchased in October in North Portland. Although he did find some issues with the house, I feel like he missed a lot of things. Also, he told my husband he would check out the roof, but ended up just using binoculars on the ground. I got this inspection for my peace of mind, but I don't feel at all confident that he did a thorough job. He seemed like a nice enough person, but I would not recommend him for a new construction. Would only use Nickelsen! I was actually referred to another home inspector, but their reviews were terrible. I ended up using Justin @ Nickelsen and I couldn't have been happier with the whole process. He works crazy hours and was available whenever I needed to get ahold of him. Justin was professional and thorough and very nice. He made the whole process so much easier for me. Thanks :)

home inspections these guys did a great job . i would recomend. thme to anybody that needs a home inspection, they came the same day they were called, good price quialty inspection these didnt miss a thing , thank you again for a great job.
