RecommendedJust moved in but it has been a great and easy transition into the apartments. Anything I have found wrong with the new room Ashley has been willing to take care of very quickly. Highly recommended.
This apartment is a great place. The staff is very professional and courteous. My entry and exit processes were made so easy. Premises are clean and peaceful. Ashley was very friendly and welcoming all the time. If you are looking for an apartment in this part of the town, Nickel Creek is a great choice.
I had my car stolen from their apartments and when they checked the cameras they didn’t even work. There have been multiple tenants affected by the crime at Nickel Creek. I went to the victims center when they caught the person that stole my car and there were several Nickel Creek tenants there some had their cars broke into and one caught the person in their car and was almost beaten up until their parent pulled a gun on the guy. Such a great staff and management team! Amazing location! Just right around the corner from Tulsa Hills shopping district but also tucked right behind the shopping area so there is not a lot of traffic! Love the natural lighting in the apartment and the third floor has the best views of the city!
Unsafe apartment complex!! My car got broken into TWO times over the course of ONLY A YEAR of living here. Not to mention if you have dogs DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. They will find anything in their power to charge for a FULL carpet replacement of the unit upon breaking your lease. I have never had problems with Case properties in the past but these people will do anything to get more money out of you. If you choose to live here you have been warned and be aware!
We enjoyed living here. Great area, safe, and close to lots of shops. Easy access to the rest of the city with the highway being so close. A big negative is how noisy it gets sometimes, the walls and windows don't seem to be very thick, so it is easy to hear everything going on outside. A big perk is how late they keep the pool open (bonus points in my book!)
The experience here is so awesome! I love that the employees get to know the residents and knows who I am when I walk in. The maintenance is great at what they do. Even my neighbors are very nice. I had to borrow a cup of oil the other day and the lady next to me was kind enough to give me some. I have another neighbor that gave me some unwanted furniture I am so thankful for my community!!!
We have lived here for two years. We have LOVED it. Everyone has been kind, eager to help. Maintenance comes quickly. Any issues have been quickly addressed. We live towards the back and its quiet. The landscaping is beautiful and they mow and keep the grounds clean! We have loved our time here, and would definitely recommend!
Just moved in with my boyfriend for our first place together! They are so helpful and thorough! We applied and moved in within 3 days, they are quick and so nice!
