Nick & his team were given quite the challenge when our original contract fell through. We had a little over two weeks to not only find a new house but we still needed to close on the same day due to our townhome closing and us needing a new home to move to. Nick and team absolutely blew us away but finalizing our new loan in less than 10 days! We had everything we needed almost 5 days in advance of our closing! They are not only quick but they are an absolute pleasure to work with! Will recommend them to everyone we know!
