Nick and his team were awesome helping my fiancé and I buy our first home. Being unfamiliar with the process, Nick worked hard to make sure I understood each step, from gathering documentation for underwriting to the final figures. When we started he provided an expected timeline of the process, getting us through the financing process over a week ahead of schedule. I thought it was a little optimistic at first, but I think we even beat the estimate by a couple days! Nick and his team were truly a pleasure to work with.
