Nick and his team were absolutely fantastic. They moved very quickly as our timeline was three weeks from offer to closing and were able to quickly and effectively communicate their needs to us. Nick was great! We used his services for our first home purchase, and while we were a bit intimidated by the entire mortgage process, Nick was always there to explain something, or re-run numbers for a specific house. He walked us through the entire process, from the appraisal to the underwriting and was with us all the way through closing and beyond.
