Was recently seen on 03/15/22 for diverticulitis flare. The staff was great. minimal wait.
The hospital is not equipped to handle day to day admissions how are they ever going to handle a pandemic??? Every hospitalization that my family has had has been a disaster at Presbyterian!
My mother was in Pres urgent care/emergency on Paseo and had a terrible experience. Not only did they X-ray the wrong side of her body and completely missed the broken ribs, no one will call her to discuss what happened.
They are very patient oriented. They are very conscious of patient needs they offer wealth of wellness and help to patients
the nurses are amazing and very qualified. very kind and excellent service.

We were there on the busiest day of the week, Saturday. There were about 30 people in the ER waiting room when we got there and about an equal number came afterwards. So they were super busy. Still, check-in was quick, as was taking vitals. The slow-down was drawing blood & getting into an ER room. It took us 8 hours to get there! Once in, we got minimal attention for another 6 hours.
