The ER personnel is so very rude. The person that fills out the paper work needs to be fired. She treats people like they are faking it. My daughter was treated so badly that she walked out of the hospital and went to another hospital. She had a severe infection, possible sepsis, kidney stones and possibly surgery in the morning. She caused her to walk out and go to another hospital. She ended up crawling through the parking lot , so sick .....I am over 1000 miles away and I am trusting you to care for her. What is

It is 5:40 pm on Sunday, 9/6. I cannot get into their main phone line for ANYTHING. I need to find out the result of my husband's surgery, but I can't even get through the main phone line without some inane recorded message. So, it's a "Labor Day" weekend, I don't care. I have a loved one and I can't find out what's happening. I was there earlier in the day,but due to Covid concerns, they won't let me back in to see him. I also have a complaint about Pres Rust in Rio Rancho. They transferred my husband to downtown without ca... read more

I brought my daughter in at approximately 4:40 am, with a bad burn on her right hand, now Tuesday morning. Checked her in. There was one other person in the waiting room who had already been seen. She was taken back, by a very rude rn who told us "you can't come back". It's now 6:25 am and she STILL hasn't seen anyone. Her pain is at an 8 and they don't care. I worked here, in the CCC, and we NEVER treated pts like my daughter is being treated. WTF. Such a HUGE disappointment.

They couldn't treat a third degree burn. No antibiotics, burn gel hell not even a script for ibuprofen. If you don't care for people, maybe don't go into health care. How are they supposed to handle a pandemic if they can't do the basics?

The most horrific thing I have gone through was trying to go to the ER and they have no parking for anyone who needs admitted. We are suppose to walk from the parking lot when having chest pains I understand the Covid protocol but give me a break here the front desk was very rude and one of the women did not have a mask on. The medical staff was good thank god.Get it together people!!!

Appropriate patient care and transparency were NOT appreciated during my grandpas last stay at Presbyterian Hospital. I found my grandfathers teeth knocked out and just placed bedside. Before walking into his room, I introduced myself to his nurse, which would have been an appropriate time to be notified that 3 front teeth were knocked out. Had I not brought it up to his nurse, it wouldn’t have been addressed. She was unaware of how it happened. Sadly, now Presbyterian is saying there’s nothing they’re going to do about this... read more

They do not care about their patients. I almost died giving birth to my daughter. They drug up my mom and leave her at the front door. And my sister-in-law was bleeding a lot and they left her in the waiting room for 10+ hours
