If they actually used the money to clean the apartments that they took from people it would be a lot better. Also don't send out mass emails about people not paying rent, I don't need to know that I'm living with people like that. It was disgusting when I moved in (smoke scum dripping down walls, the a/c filters were black and it smelled like smoke and trash) and I cleaned it and kept it clean, still had nearly half my deposit taken for a fridge that I cleaned and not shampooing the carpets, which I know weren't done before ... read more
RecommendedI lived at almar apartments and absolutely loved them would love too move back there but I don’t think apartments Niagara own them anymore they always came when something was wrong
