Not sure if they're understaffed or what but being able to get ahold of someone on the phone in order to turn on water service shouldn't be so difficult. I had to leave a messge twice (3 days apart) in order to get a callback
Called to report a concern of a possible sewer main backup (which it wasn't) after 5pm on a weekday after a heavy storm. A supervisor reached back to me within the hour and a crew was at my house in minutes to check the cities side of my drain. If you're wondering which number to call this is the one that I did to leave a message. Great work!
I'm going to give an honest review. The NFWB needs to update their way of doing things, get with the times. I tried to help my elderly disabled mother pay her water bill by doing an E-Check over the website last Friday. When it still hasn't cleared in my bank account by next Friday (today), I called to find out why. The secretary over the phone assumed I had Key Bank, which I don't. I have tried calling the water board for 4 hours and they never answer their phone. Simply need to switch names of ownership and they will not answer no matter how hard I try. Totally incompetent. 2 hour lunch breaks are not necessary because they don't do any work. No choice to be on hold and wait either. You have to keep calling hoping someone will answer in the 15 seconds the phone rings. Absolutely horrible. Extremely frustrating and if I could leave a negative 5 score I would. Absolutely Terrible
Rude and not helpful at all. They better improve their service, Disappointed.
