We have been coming here every year for 40 years I developed a cold and consulted my primary doc in St Louis who instructed me to get a COVID test. As a walk in, I was asked for my ID, Medicare and supplement cards. I was then told that I would have to see a provider or pay $200 for the test. I asked for my cards and left. The next day. I got my COVID test at Walgreens and did not have to provide any insurance information. This is my second negative experience with this facility and there will not be a third
