More touristy than I expected, but the Maid of the Mist was worth it.
Better and cheaper place to see the falls ,, easier access
Absolutely have to do the Journey Behind The Falls!! You will not be disappointed. Also check out the top of the falls next to the visitor center
Go to maid of the mist!
Try telling the parking attendant you don't have any cash to get free parking!
Watch out for weekend crowds-- you may be trampled by slow moving families from the four corners of the earth.
This is obvious but don't come during July 4 :D we just waited 1 hr and 45 min in line to see the mist thing :D
