I typically go here and see Meme, who is amazing. I called and requested her for my appointment and was told her wouldn’t be there but when I arrived she was. I was out with this older man who did not know what he was doing at all. He only drilled off some of the polish from the previous fill, refused to cut my nails down, continuously cut my skin, and did not do anything close to what I was requesting. Honestly I have no clue why I keep giving this nail salon a chance , 9/10 everything is rushed . I sat down for a pedicure and was done in 20-25 minutes. I was done before people that were further ahead in their pedicure service. My gel polish was not soaked off it was drilled off - my nails were literally clipped crooked on the sides. The polish job was rushed it looks like I’ve had them done a week already . It was terrible.
