Today I am going to share a very bad experience. My mother had an appointment at 8:30, and due to the snowstorm we called beforehand to make sure whether we should come or not. However, the receptionist’s behavior was so rude that it cannot be expressed in words. She hung up the phone on me, and when I called again, she behaved badly in the same way. If you want to live, this is not the place to go... they cancel your appointments without telling you, you never see the same doctor. The wait to be seen is absurd. They don't answer the phones, and don't call you back. Secretary's are always miserable... just not a good office at all.

Terrible. Had a first appointment scheduled at 10. Waited an hour and went up to the desk to ask what was going on and the receptionist started to say my appointment wasn’t until later but it was not. Asked her how much longer I’d be waiting. It’s completely disrespectful to expect people to wait a minimum of an hour to see a primary doctor and be okay with it. She said she wasn’t sure because she had patients before me. The communication is terrible here!! They never answer the phone & when they finally do the receptionist is not willing to help you, they just rush you to get you off the telephone.
