Dr. O and his team are very kind, caring, supportive, and professional. We have had everything from regular check ups, to implants, to emergencies done and all were amazing experiences.
Zero complaints about this place. Dr. Olivieri is always professional but welcoming. Reception is always kind and helpful. I love all of the dental hygienists I've encountered there. They make me way less anxious to go to the dentist than I used to be. I don't even live in The Fall's anymore but I'd never think of switching to a different office. Thanks for making my visits to the dentist somehow enjoyable!
This is a greedy company. They maxed out my insurance and my wife's insurance and still managed on making us pay out of pocket. When asked the only answer I could get well if was needed it. They tried everything they could do include my wife having a very painful $2400 surgery which was questionable if she needed it. For all her previous appoints it was never brought up. Now all the the sudden it had to be done. So the only thing I can do is HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying away from this place. Don't get taken
