My first time here is they work great My appt was at 20:30 I get here at 19:30 Everything work good and fast They respect appt time

Checked in early for 11:30 appointment. Was called at 1:45 PM and told they needed to reschedule loading for some other day. Trucks came in and out and I called brokers and Niagara to see what was going on after first hour 2nd hour and finally bad news. Lost a whole day and another possible load. Terrible communication at the Missouri City location.
