Even with robots they always load wrong last 4 to 5 times I've been here I have to get reworked. They load all the weight on the nose. IF dot sits outside of the Niagara facility I think every single truck leaving here would get tickets

Overweight on Drives reviews were true in my case. 2300 lbs over. Sunday 9:30 appt. Loaded & checked out & departed for off-site scales @ 11:10. Returned at 11:40 to be reworked. 14:30 now and still no assigned dock for rework. Update: finally assigned door at 16:45 and departed after rework at 17:00. Weights all good now.
I usually don’t trust reviews, but in this case, you’re definitely going to be overweight on the axle
Arrived on 6/24/25 @ 9:47am for a 11am appointment. Last couple of times here they have been ramping up the precheck -in through the QR code just before the outside checkin kiosks. I was helped anyway and will pre check with QR code next visit. Things seemed to take longer to get into a Dock(Dock# 15), but I was a little over an hr early. Thanks for taking me early but all the hoopla was quickly over as I too was over loaded on my drives 40 lbs shy of 2000 lbs.
