Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Was this psychiatrist late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Did you feel safe in this psychiatrist's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this psychiatrist have reasonable prices? Yes

I saw Dr. Nguyen for about a year. While I ultimately decided she wasn't a good fit for me, it was not because of anything she did that was particularly egregious. She respected my request not to try SSRIs for my anxiety and introduced me to Buspar which has worked very well. She doesn't provide appointment reminders (or didn't when I was seeing her) which my current psychiatrist does. Also, I feel the drug regimen I was switched to worked better for me than what she was prescribing

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this psychiatrist's office? I felt much better when I left! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected
