Nicole and her team did an amazing job in renovating my condo in Arlington, VA in preparation for sale. Since I am currently in Texas, Nicole facilitated the remote process by providing regular status communications, images on progress and overall transparency. I had an excellent experience with NGage Properties and will use them again if needed. I had to remodel an entire condo in a short period of time and they were able to deliver quality work on time. The remodeling included: electrical work, new flooring throughout the condo, bathroom and kitchen renovations, lightings, wall removal, dropped ceiling. After meeting Nicole, I realized that I’ve watched to much HGTV. It takes longer than an hour to put a large addition onto your 81 year old home. Nicole has a great sense of style. Nicole’s suggestions were on point and she was very patient explaining everything to my 80 year old mother. The project took longer than expected due to COVID but the end result was worth the wait.
