Avoid NFM lending at all costs. After refinancing, they did not pay the full amount of my homeowners insurance from escrow. I called and was assured it would be overnighted and taken care of. Three weeks later I received a cancellation notice from my insurance company. I was able to pay my insurance company and reinstate my insurance. NFM did eventually pay the difference and I was refunded what I paid out of pocket. RecommendedMy husband and I moved from Denver and bought a home in Tucson. James Howe was absolutely amazing and answered every question we asked- we had a lot because the two states have different regulations. James even helped me figure out how to do something on my computer via a zoom call after regular work hours! We highly recommend James and would definitely use him again if we need to refi- or purchase another home! :-)

PLEASE BE AWARE !!!! I am not satisfied with the way my account has been handled from the time I we closed the deal! My mortgage has gone up FOUR TIMES and it hasn't been ONE YEAR!! My escrow account has been SHORT 3k from the time we moved in!!! I AM NOT HAPPY and will seek the assistance of a real estate lawyer to go over what is going on with my account. I worked with Tracy Marino and she was absolutely amazing. She worked wonders and got my loan closed in 23 days, with the Christmas and New Years holidays in there! She was super responsive, answered all my questions and concerns quickly and without treating me like I was dumb for not knowing. I will recommend her to anyone and everyone that needs a lender!
