PLEASE BE AWARE !!!! I am not satisfied with the way my account has been handled from the time I we closed the deal! My mortgage has gone up FOUR TIMES and it hasn't been ONE YEAR!! I was going to bitch about NFM ( Chandler, AZ) and the BS treatment I got until just about the last day before closing, but no need to write a dissertation against this company. Absolutely horrible experience dealing with Tabitha B*****, Alex T*******, and Stephen R**** who all told me they would be my contact but I was continuously passed around when they decided they didn't want to deal with my account or be held responsible for not following through on what they told me they would do. In the end they made up an excuse to deny my loan based on "What if" scenarios that would prohibit anyone from ever obtaining a loan. My experience was NFM Lending was the worst experience. The mortgage broker completely ruined my purchase. He was supposed to get a single unit condo approval through FHA before doing anything else. He did not do this and 2 days before closing was surprised that it needed done. He was told this on day one. Four other families were impacted by this complete neglect of job responsibilities. We contacted them because we wanted them to guide us in our native language (Russian). Everything started well but quickly went into slow response times and delays, and then we were handed over to American worker. The very reason why we chose this company is because they spoke Russian. Then we were given American worker who dont speak Russian ? I do not want to deal with them anymore.
Me and my significant other spoke with NFM Lending in April of this year about loan options on a house we were looking at. After deciding not to purchase that home we worked out a deal with family on another home.
