This group was great to work with. I especially appreciated the detailed spreadsheets that provided accurate estimates of what I could afford to buy, what my closing costs would be and what my monthly mortgage payment would be. They were also the cheapest in fees. The staff were really good with keeping updated during the entire process. I highly recommend them.
The team was great to work with, great communication (except for a few phone technical difficulties) but otherwise they were quick to respond! We even received an email on a Sunday! Everything was done with time to spare before closing, talk about peace of mind!
